The Coach House, Nelson Street, Jericho
The Coach House is in the garden of the owners house with its own access from the street. It is rarely available but is worth enquiring as it is smaller and so cheaper than the other houses, though with all the benefits. Jericho is a rare gem in the centre of Oxford; it is a warm friendly community with a great school, playground, church, veg van, community centre, restaurants and pubs...need we say more.

The Coach house has 3 bedrooms; a double with a 5'6" bed, a small double (cosy 4' bed) and a single.
There is a bathroom with shower over on the first floor also. Downstairs is the kitchen with dining table, and living room which opens onto the Garden with pond/fountain which is the owners, but is shared with tenants of the Coach house. The main house used to be a pub until the 1990's when it was converted by a previous owner and the Coach house presumably was exactly that; the window above the door looks like a granary access, and it is likely that it would have originally opened onto the street for coaches to access.
There is a washing machine, and clothes airer to hang clothes to dry; NO dishwasher or tumble dryer tho small dishwasher hopefully on its way.
The house has wifi which piggybacks off the main house, and prices are all inclusive of bills. Towels and Linens all provided.
The rent is £200per weekday night, £250 w/e, nights, £900-£1250 pw or negotiable for a long let, ie sabbatical term or longer.
